THE MOTHER EARTH DELEGATION OF UNITED ORIGINAL NATIONS AND THE FOUNTAIN

Holding collectively the wisdom of Original Peoples from around the world, the Mother Earth Delegation of United Original Nations stands with and for Mother Earth, helping us to walk through these times of great chaos and change. The Mother Earth Delegation is a group of 28 Original Nations' elder and 4 youth members from Alaska, Australia, Borneo, Columbia, Ecuador, Gabon, Greenland, Guatemala, Hawaii, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Sampiland, Sweden, and Turtle Island. They have come together in answer to the Earth’s call to protect traditional cultures and sacred lands, and to live in alignment with original principles for the preservation of life on Earth. In accordance with ancestral protocols and guidelines, they stand up for the Rights of Mother Earth and Nature’s Laws, reclaiming their inherent sovereignty, and restoring their Original Caretaker roles of our sacred planet.

The Fountain Imagines a global economic model, free from the current extraction system. One that is truly aligned with care for the earth and the whole of life for the benefit of current and future generations, guided by the ancestral wisdom and technologies of cultures that have lived this way for the larger course of human history. It is in the return to the sacred origins and principles of this ancestral wisdom – calling for the unification of all peoples with the earth – that a return to balance and sustainability is to be found. The vision of The Fountain, and the extraordinary sacredness of its origin and seed, is of partnership between sharing original teachings, conscious collaboration, and being in action to activate sacred economics and sacred territories. Through the deep understanding, experience and relationships contained in its ecosystem, The Fountain exists to catalyse this journey to reconnection and ultimately to unification through its vision, mission, and values in service to the earth and future generations.

ROOTS OF THE EARTH

“Mother Earth is calling her children home.” In 1968, Indigenous Elder and Medicine Man Raymundo Tigre Perez (Mexico/USA) of the “Red Road" had a powerful vision. He saw Indigenous Wisdom Keepers from all over the world united in a circular pit, performing a ceremony with a fire at its heart; a spiritual ceremony for the earth, for peace, and for the well-being of all living beings. It was only later that he discovered this was a KIVA, an ancient ceremony once practiced by the Anasazi (ancestral Pueblo peoples) 3,000 years ago. For over 40 years, hundreds of Native Wisdom Keepers have answered his call, and these KIVA ceremonies have been traveling the world.

The KIVA ceremony is a sacred four-day event that brings together spiritual manifestations from around the world in one place. Representing the heart of the Earth, a sacred circle is formed where the prayers of diverse traditions, and all forms of communication with the cosmos and life converge. Through the sounds of prayers, rituals, storytelling, and the universal language of Spirit, the KIVA ceremony weaves a bond of understanding that reminds us, despite our differences, of our unity as one human family, deeply linked to the destiny of our planet. The KIVA ceremony is a collective call from the entire Indigenous population; those who have never lost touch their connection to nature and the ancient wisdom that can lead us forward to a more harmonious and sustainable way of life. Providing spiritual service and fostering connections and bridges between Indigenous worldview and modern society, these ceremonies bring together all races, languages, prayers, and songs.

In February and March 2025, over 25 representatives from ancestral communities will embark on a historic pilgrimage, aiming to deliver a profound message of peace and unity to humanity. In today’s increasingly individualistic societies, we have lost our sense of unity and collaboration. To address this, various Indigenous representatives will travel for 45 days across five continents to form a circle of protection for humanity. They will come together to offer a sacred KIVA ceremony of five fires where they will share a message of peace and unity through their voices.

KIVA 5 FIRES: In February 2025, Roots of the Earth with embark on a global pilgrimage with Elders from around the world. Traveling across five continents they will offer ceremony around sacred fires to pray for peace and unity for humanity.

20% of proceeds from the Gathering At The Cosmic Fire 2024 Summit will go to supporting these organizations and their efforts to preserve the wisdom traditions, lands and cultures of world’s living lineages.
